More than a hotel, an Armani experience!
After Dubai in 2010, fashion designer Giorgio Armani opened his second "residence" in Milan, in the Duomo district, the fashion district. Between this 1930s building by Enrico Griffini and Giorgio Armani, the rationalist architecture is a common feature. Minimalism and elegance reflecting Armani's aesthetic.
In this 5*, the lighting is subtle, the tones are mineral and soothing, such as English green, one of his favorite colors, which highlights the furniture in the rooms. The sleek furniture is signed Armani Casa, and a boutique is located just at the foot of the building. Also noteworthy are bare and curved walls, the absence of door handles (the door opens automatically when the card is presented to the reader), the "pillow menu" offering 6 types of cushions and pillows, the scents of a variation of the Bois d'Encens perfume signed Armani Privé or the eponymous mineral water.
In a residence, guests are received like friends. No check-in counter to welcome you, but a "lifestyle manager" -a personal assistant- greets you, having previously taken care to inquire about each person's specific needs, and guides you for any request during your stay.
A gourmet restaurant with a black marble and luminous white onyx checkered floor, a 1200 m2 spa on the 8th and top floor, a jacuzzi overlooking the city, more than a hotel, an Armani experience!
