At exactly twenty minutes from the mythical Hossegor beach, in the south of the Landes, the modges and lodge of Les Echasses Golf & Surf Ecolodge are set on the edge of a lake. Nature takes center stage at this site where the stilt buildings respect the dunes, fauna, and flora.

Around the lake, a deck surrounds a pool, and hammocks are hung under a pergola. Lying on a sun lounger, you have a view only of the sky and the tops of the giant pines. Summer or winter, the light grazing the pine forest at the end of the day is breathtaking, and time seems to stand still on the lake.

The seven modges welcome loving couples who are discovering or rediscovering each other in a tête-à-tête, far from daily worries. Each has a terrace overlooking the lake and rocking chairs to snuggle into. Furnished with elegance and simplicity, they are the ideal place for a weekend or a special occasion.

Larger groups, on the other hand, enjoy their vacation in the lodge designed for six people, a bit more secluded.
